Our Matchmaking Process

Talent Discovery
We are constantly monitoring our various networks and checking in with our partners to find talented people. Once we identify the talent, we will do initial screening calls to narrow down candidates who might be a good fit for the job.
Step 1
Skill Review
After identifying candidates, we do a deeper dive into the individual’s experience and portfolio of work. We get on a video call to talk through questions we have to better understand the candidate’s technical skills and knowledge of best practices.
Step 2
Test Project
If a candidate does well on the skill review, we will move forward with a test project. We have different tests for all of our various roles that help us evaluate their skill level and ability to be successful in the position.
Step 3
Culture Fit
The final step in our matchmaking process is a video call to determine culture fit. We’ll share more about your company’s mission and values and ask questions to determine whether the individual will be both an excellent technical and cultural fit.
